How to Make a Slot and Tab Booklet

Making a booklet that is slotted has many advantages. Among them is they are inexpensive and relatively easy to make.  I usually show two or three students and they teach the rest of the class. Since the pages are interconnected, pages won’t get lost and valuable work will be preserved.  Also, there’s no need for stapling which means the usable area on the pages is optimized.

First, determine how many sheets of copy paper you’ll need.  To do this, count the total number of pages you need and divide by four.  Here I’m demonstrating the Poetry Book that probably brought you to this link.

Fold all sheets in half – hamburger style.
